Returns
If you are not satisfied with the purchased products, then Terry Elsey Tyres will accept the return of products from the date of delivery. These products must be in saleable condition, i.e., they must not have been used, fitted or damaged to qualify for a full refund. You must bear the cost of returning the goods, and they must be returned to the right distribution depot with the returns label specific to your order. You may be charged with 10% restocking fee if the compensating order placed by you is not of same or higher value. The wheel rims or any other items imported at customers’ behest will not be accepted for returns. Please refer and follow the returns procedure below.
- You must fill the return request form (found on this page) and submit it to inform us that you wish to return a purchased product. Upon approval of your request, which takes 1 working day, you shall receive an email from us with essential details such as return address, reference codes and return labels that must be attached to the returned products.
- If the returned items are found used or damaged, then they will not qualify for a refund. The same applies for custom orders for non-standard stock items that were provided and/or imported upon your request.
- Carriage fees for returning large-sized items can be an expensive matter, so please check and ensure you have the right size markings, speed and load indexes. You must talk to your machinery dealer or manufacturer if you have any doubts regarding the sustainability of the products you plan to order. Terry Elsey Tyres will always be available for support as well if you want to discuss your requirements before you place an order from our website.
- When you send the purchased products back to us, we request you to keep hold of the proof of postage and pick secure and trackable postal service with insurance to safeguard yourself against the loss of products during transit.
If you require further assistance from our side, you can also opt for our collection service while filling our returns form. Our collection fees vary with the weight of the products that need to be returned. The following guide will help you understand our collection fees policy:
For products weighing between 0 and 30 kg - £25 + VAT
For products weighing between 31 and 75 kg - £35 + VAT
For products weighing between 76 and 275 kg - £60 + VAT
For products weighing between 276 and 700 kg - £165 + VAT

Please note that our collection service requires the items to be available between 8 am and 6 pm for 3 working days. In case of your non-availability when the courier arrives for collection, the service fee will not be refunded and another collection will need to be scheduled and paid for. You must also note that the prices mentioned above may vary for remote locations such as Highlands.
